What did your client need?

The client was hosting an event centered around motivating and encouraging young people who volunteer in Lincolnshire and wanted our help on the day, as well as media attention for the event and promotional materials creating. We also advised on decisions on a new logo for LCVYS and met with several other members of voluntary services in Lincolnshire to talk about the sector and what more can be done to improve youth volunteering in the area.

What did you do to meet these needs?

We created a promotional video on the day and sent out press releases to local and national media about the event. We also interviewed some of the young people present at the event and collated these interviews to give to the client to further their knowledge of what the young people thought about LCVYS.

What were the outcomes of what you did?

Our video will be used by LCVYS in future promotional material and the logo which we helped them choose will be implemented across their website and social media in the near future. We also formed links with other youth volunteering services in Lincolnshire and these could be used as future Cygnet projects.
