What did your client need?
Cygnet PR were asked to be the social media team for the Postgraduate Conference, which was set up to showcase the research of the University of Lincoln Postgraduates.

What did you do to meet those needs?
The project team’s role was to use their personal Instagram and Twitter accounts to document a live feed from the event. The team attended various workshops during the event, providing information and updates from the workshops.

The team used social media to engage with other users by utilising the #pgconf15 hashtag to create a conversation surrounding the event.
